The Senate will consider a Main Motion to discharge Michael Sinanian on the grounds that he is not upholding the ASUC Constitution and By Laws nor the dignity of the student members of the ASUC.

A bill in support of funding for the Academic Opportunity Fund has been proposed and is posted here 7 days prior to the next senate meeting so that it may be considered.

The Senate has decided to postpone the "Thanksgiving Meeting" and decided to hold a special senate meeting on Monday, December 1 at 8PM right before committee meetings to confirm the appointment for Emily as the ECC.

The President has appointed Emily Liedblad as Elections Council Chair. The Senate has motioned to approve the appointment during the next meeting.

On November 6, 2008, the Attorney General released a statement regarding the ASUC and the Election Council Chair (ECC).
