About the Store Operations Board

The Store Operations Board is composed of UC Berkeley students, faculty and staff. The Operations Board, in accordance with its Charter, Statement and Memorandum of Understanding oversees the Cal Student Store, the Student Union, Anthony and Eshleman Hall's building operations, the ASUC Art Studio, and other income-producing activities. The Operations Board establishes policy and standards as well as provides oversight for all ASUC Commercial Activities in a manner consistent with all applicable University policies, as set forth in the ASUC Commercial Activities Agreement between the ASUC and the University of California, Berkeley. The Chancellor and the ASUC delegate to the operations board the authority necessary for it to carry out its functions as described in the ASUC Commercial Activities Agreement.
