The Secretariat offers the following spaces for reservation by ASUC-sponsored student groups. Note that reservations may not be made earlier than 6 weeks before the scheduled event. New reservations may be made beginning on the first day of each semester.

Eshleman Hall

Building Hours

If you need to schedule an event after normal business hours, please fill out and submit an Eshleman Building Access Request to the appropriate advisor for your group. These forms can be picked up from the 2nd and 4th floors or through the link below.

Senate Chamber

Located on the 1st floor of Eshleman Hall, the Senate Chamber seats up to 40 guests in a half-oval arrangement. 20 seats are available at the tables, with an additional 20 elevated seats behind them. The room comes with a projector screen.

Senate Lounge

Located at 217 Eshleman Hall, the Senate Lounge seats up to 20 guests. The room is furnished with two tables, a whiteboard, a couch, and chairs. You can find the lounge at the end of the hallway to the left of the reception area. It will be the last door on your right.

June Jordan Room

Located at 207 Eshleman Hall, the June Jordan Room seats under 10 guests. It is a non-reservable study space furnished with a table, two couches, and chairs. If the door is open and the room is unoccupied, then feel free to come in.
