ASUC Sponsored Student Groups must send student representatives to a required training to become official ASUC Agents as part of the annual ASUC Group Registration. The training lasts 1.5 hours and covers ASUC policies, procedures, forms and resources, including the ASUC's CalLink Organization Management website. The best students to attend this training would be the President and Treasurer (they do not need to attend together) but anyone can attend at the group's discretion. Students who attend this training will be responsible for managing a group's ASUC Sponsorship and Funding.
