Waivers will be submitted online via CalLink, our financial transaction system. Please note that student groups/ student government representatives need to attend the FiComm meeting held on Mondays, 9pm in Senate Chambers to answer any questions that FiComm/Senate may have for them regarding the waiver.
This is used to waive Pauley Ballroom room rental fees for ASUC-sponsored groups or events. It must be approved by the Financial Committee and Senate, ultimately signed by the Chair of the Financial Committee or Finance Officer. Please bring the event confirmation provided by ASUC Event Services to the Finance Committee Meeting.
*NOTE: If approved, this will waive the Pauley Ballroom rental fee but your student group may still be liable for the facilities services fee. For more information, visit Online Waivers website.
This is used by ASUC-sponsored student groups and ASUC student government offices and programs to waive spending restrictions on purchases prohibited by the ASUC by-laws (ex: food, travel outside of the Bay Area). It must be approved by the Financial Committee and Senate, ultimately signed by the Chair of the Financial Committee.
