The ASUC provides Student Groups storage and office space in Eshleman Hall. Each year, the Executive Vice President allocates space to the student organizations through the "Space Allocation" process.This application must be submitted by all student organizations requesting office or storage space in Eshleman Hall for the academic year. Applications are MANDATORY for all student organizations seeking office or storage space, including current occupants, Student Activity Groups (SAGs), Student Initiated Service Groups (SISGs), Publications (PUBs). All ASUC-sponsored groups are eligible to receive space in Eshleman Hall.

May 15: EVP releases preliminary decisions.
May 15-29: Per the ASUC By-Laws, groups are given 20 days to appeal. Appeal online is now CLOSED.
May 29: Appeal deadline is 12:00 p.m. (noon) PST. No late applications accepted.
Summer 2011: Appeals are reviewed.
Sept 5: Appeals to Preliminary Decision given to ASUC Senate’s Con-Review.
Sept 7: Senate ratifies final decision, if they accept it advisers will notify you by the end of the week.
Sept 10-17: Student groups move out/in to their assigned space Eshleman Hall.
