2008-09 Application
This application must be submitted by all student organizations requesting office or storage space in Eshleman Hall for the 2008-09 academic year. Applications are MANDATORY for all student organizations seeking office or storage space, including current occupants, Student Activity Groups (SAGs), Student Initiated Service Groups (SISGs), Publications (PUBs). All ASUC-sponsored groups are eligible to receive space in Eshleman Hall.
During the summer, the 2008-2009 Executive Vice President will review all applications. S/he may conduct a walkthrough of Eshleman Hall to evaluate the cleanliness and efficiency of current space usage. S/he will announce a preliminary decision during the Fall 2008 semester. There will be an appeals process following the preliminary decision. In order to make sure your group receives timely updates about the space allocations process, please complete your ASUC agent training as early as possible in the Fall 2008 semester.
Applications must be submitted by Monday, May 12, 2008 at 4:00pm. Late applications will not be accepted. Please submit completed applications to the ASUC Secretariat at the front desk on the 2nd floor of Eshleman Hall. Hard copies only please. To save paper, double-sided printing is preferred. Please type or print legibly.
